92glory Terms and Conditions – Rules & Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 92glory ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the services available at 92glory.ws. By registering an account, accessing any game, placing any bet, or claiming any promotion at 92glory, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

92glory is an online gaming platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, fishing games, card games, and sports betting services. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are specifically designed for players in Pakistan. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

To register and use 92glory you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 92glory strictly prohibits minors from accessing any gambling services. Age verification is mandatory and conducted during the account registration and first withdrawal process.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register or have any existing voluntary or mandatory exclusion agreement with 92glory in force.
• You must have the mental capacity to enter into a binding legal agreement.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only at 92glory. Opening multiple accounts – whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or device identifiers – is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid Pakistani payment method. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure without notice.

• Username and Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 92glory will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone.
• Account Security: You must notify us immediately at support@92glory.ws if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 92glory accepts no liability for losses resulting from failure to maintain password security.
• Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 92glory reserves the right to apply a monthly Rs 200 administration fee to dormant accounts after written notice is provided to the registered contact number or email.
• Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support@92glory.ws. All pending withdrawals will be processed before closure. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

All 92glory account transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital bank)
• SadaPay (digital bank)
• IBFT bank transfer (any Pakistani bank)
• Visa or Mastercard (Pakistani-issued cards only)

Minimum Deposit

Rs 200 per transaction. Deposits below this amount will be returned to the originating method.

Minimum Withdrawal

Rs 500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below Rs 500 will not be processed.

Maximum Withdrawal

Standard accounts: Rs 5,00,000 per day. VIP accounts have elevated limits specified in their individual VIP agreements.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Standard accounts: within 2 hours. Gold VIP: within 60 minutes. Platinum VIP: within 45 minutes. Elite VIP: within 30 minutes. Times are subject to network delays outside 92glory's control.

All deposits must clear before they can be used for betting or casino play. 92glory does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges for which 92glory accepts no responsibility.

All promotional offers at 92glory are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific conditions stated on the promotion itself. By claiming any bonus, you accept both the general terms below and the specific promotion terms.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus funds or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%. Fishing games contribute 50%. Card games contribute 20%. Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) contribute 10–20%. Sports bets contribute 100% at minimum odds of 1.50 per selection. These rates may vary per promotion and are stated in specific promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. Activating a new bonus before clearing an existing one will result in the forfeiture of the previous uncleared bonus.
• Bonus Validity: Most bonuses expire 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated. Birthday and anniversary bonuses typically expire after 7 days. Expired uncleared bonuses are removed from your balance without compensation.
• Withdrawal During Active Bonus: If you request a withdrawal while a bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement is active, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Your real money balance is not affected.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through coordinated play, multi-accounting, or any other manipulative technique will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure. 92glory's determination in such matters is final.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus is Active: A maximum single bet of Rs 2,000 applies when playing with bonus funds unless a higher limit is stated in the specific promotion. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

All casino games at 92glory are provided by licensed third-party game developers. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with individual game rules before playing.

• Random Number Generation: All slot games and RNG table games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited for fairness. The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the RNG and is not influenced by any external factor including previous results, account balance, or VIP status.
• Return to Player (RTP): RTP percentages for each game are provided by the game developer and are available within the game information panel. These are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
• Technical Malfunction: In the event of a technical error, server failure, or any malfunction affecting a game round, 92glory reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings resulting from a verifiable technical error will not be paid. 92glory's determination regarding technical errors is final.
• Disconnection Policy: If a player is disconnected during a live dealer game or an RNG game round, the game will continue according to its standard rules. For live games where player action is required, a default action (as defined by the game provider) will be taken. 92glory accepts no liability for losses resulting from player-side disconnection.
• Game Availability: 92glory does not guarantee the availability of any specific game at any time. Games may be removed, modified, or suspended without notice for maintenance or licensing reasons.

Sports betting at 92glory is subject to these general terms as well as sport-specific rules that may be published separately. All betting decisions are made at the player's own risk. 92glory does not guarantee any particular outcome or return.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once confirmed in your bet slip and a transaction reference number has been generated. Verbal confirmations, screenshots of bet slip values, or partially completed bet slips are not valid records.
• Minimum Bet: Rs 200 per selection. Accumulator bets have a total minimum stake of Rs 200.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed at the time you click a selection may differ from the odds at the time your bet is confirmed due to live market movements. You may configure your bet slip to accept "any odds" or "better odds only" in your account settings.
• Abandoned Events: If a cricket match is abandoned before a DLS result is achievable, pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. In-play bets placed before an interruption are void unless a result has been determined prior to abandonment. If a DLS result is declared, bets on match winner and most primary markets stand.
• Postponed Events: Sports events postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled start time will have all associated bets voided and stakes returned, unless 92glory determines otherwise based on competition rules.
• Live In-Play Betting: In-play markets are updated continuously. 92glory may suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion. 92glory reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after an event has concluded or during a suspension window where the system continued to accept bets due to a technical delay.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum single-bet payout is Rs 50,00,000. Accumulator bets are subject to the same overall cap. VIP members may have elevated limits agreed separately.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at 92glory and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one 92glory account under any name or identity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any way to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker or card games.
• Bonus Abuse: Using coordinated play patterns, multiple accounts, or any other strategy designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine recreational play intent.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any tool that automates player actions on the platform.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials. Chargebacks initiated in bad faith are treated as fraud and will result in permanent account closure and legal action.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your login credentials with any other person, or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or any other platform malfunction to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Third-Party Deposits: Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.

All registered 92glory accounts are automatically enrolled in the VIP Club at Bronze tier. Progression through tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Elite) is based on cumulative wagering activity within rolling assessment periods as determined by 92glory.

• Tier Adjustment: VIP tier is reviewed monthly. Players who do not maintain the required activity level for their current tier may be moved to a lower tier without prior notice.
• VIP Benefits: Benefits associated with each tier – including cashback rates, withdrawal speeds, and personal manager access – are provided at 92glory's discretion and may be modified without notice.
• Non-Transferable: VIP status and associated benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, shared, or gifted.
• Termination of VIP Status: 92glory reserves the right to remove VIP status from any account that breaches these Terms or engages in conduct contrary to the spirit of the VIP programme, including bonus abuse.
• Elite Tier: Elite VIP status and associated personalised packages are subject to individual written agreements issued by the 92glory VIP management team. Where an individual Elite agreement contradicts these general Terms, the individual agreement takes precedence for Elite-specific benefits only.

92glory is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligation to protect players from harm associated with problem gambling. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps can be set in your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the amount you can lose within a defined period can be set or updated in account settings under the same terms as deposit limits.
• Session Time Limits: Configure the maximum duration of a single gaming session. An alert is displayed when you approach your chosen limit.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up reminders displaying your session duration and net result can be configured in your account.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a break from gambling of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. During a cooling-off period, your account will be suspended for gambling purposes. Deposits will be blocked and no promotional materials will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 92glory at any time by contacting support@92glory.ws. Permanent self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

By using 92glory, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the 92glory Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and must be read alongside them.

In summary: 92glory collects only the data required to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is encrypted using AES-256 in transit and at rest. You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you or to request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations) by contacting support@92glory.ws.

• Marketing Communications: You can opt out of promotional emails and SMS notifications at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@92glory.ws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92glory's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

92glory is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from interruptions or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party network issues, or events beyond 92glory's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security, including unauthorised access by third parties where the player's credentials were compromised through no fault of 92glory.
• Any tax liability arising from winnings. Players are solely responsible for determining and paying any tax obligations on their winnings under applicable Pakistani law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by 92glory's negligence.

92glory reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or SMS to the contact details held on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For non-material changes (such as corrections to spelling or formatting), no prior notice is required.

Continued use of the 92glory platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always available at 92glory.ws/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
